Engaging Performance Conversations equips managers with the skills and techniques to conduct constructive performance conversations that build accountability, optimise employees’ strengths and help them perform at their best.

  • Optional follow-up workshop and 1-1 coaching

Delegates will:

  • Understand the core principles underpinning engaging performance conversations and how to motivate peak performance
  • Be equipped with techniques and tools to undertake engaging, focused and effective performance conversations
  • Learn how to stretch people outside their comfort zone in an empowering, energising way
  • Practice conducting engaging conversations using role plays
  • Be able to confidently tackle poor performance and address performance risks
  • Commit to an action plan to ensure learning is translated into success back at work
