Peak Performing Team Programme

Aim:

Our Peak Performing Team Programme helps teams develop a shared understanding of individual and collective strengths and how to apply this insight to drive up teamwork and performance.

Overview:

  • 3 workshops (1 day each) over a 3-4 month period
  • For any team, including leadership, project and virtual teams
  • Teams of up to 15 participants
  • Optional 1-1 Strengthscope® feedback for all team members before the first workshop
  • Optional team coaching
  • Optional Team Masterclasses covering topics including Teams in Transition and Engage Your Colleagues

Teams will:

  • Gain clarity on the team’s vision, purpose and priorities
  • Develop a detailed understanding of how team member strengths can be optimised to deliver value for the team using StrengthscopeTeam™
  • Understand the team’s collective strengths and risk areas – how these shape the team’s reputation/‘brand’ and how to fully engage and delight customers every time
  • Gain insights into the value of team roles and allocate the right team members to the right roles depending on strengths
  • Commit to a team development plan to develop behaviours and disciplines to embed peak team performance
